The hotel has a retro vibe that may transport you back to the 80s; the room layout is convenient for work and organizing things, but there were some cleanliness issues. The staff were kind and helpful, although there were differences in service levels. The location is scenic but far from the city center. Dining options are varied with local and Japanese choices, but breakfast availability is limited on certain days.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the pool view room I stayed in had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, the balcony offered an awesome view. The service was friendly, polite, and helpful, making it a great spot for families seeking sunshine and swimming. However, some staff members seemed to lack proper training. The location, although a bit isolated from attractions, was convenient for my work trip and enjoyable within the room. The dining experience was a mix of terrible communal breakfast setup but also a good selection of Japanese and Western dishes. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
